The “Jumper” actress looked cute in a white tanktop with a black vest overtop, along with charcoal jeans and a pair of sandals as she chatted with a friend throughout the course of her meal.

As for her career, Miss Bilson, 26, has decided to put acting on hold so that she may pursue another endeavor - her new fashion line, Edie Rose for DKNY Jeans.
“This line is my main focus right now,” Rachel said. “I can’t draw at all, so I won’t be doing any sketches, but I am learning to sew. I think it’s important to know more about the whole process of making clothes.”

In related news, it has just recently been reported that Nicole, 26, filmed a guest role as a villainous cheerleader on an upcoming episode of NBC’s Chuck - due to air in the autumn.
On Miss Richie’s guest spot, Chuck executive producer Josh Schwartz told People magazine: “She was really into the action. She was like, ‘how much am I allowed to kick, and when can I start kicking it?’ She came really prepared.”
“She was just really sweet. Everyone really enjoyed working with her,” Schwartz added.

Shilpa to host Bigg Boss season two?

The second season of Bigg Boss is all set to go on air from August-end on the newly launched channel, Colors. The channel, we hear, has roped in Big Brother winner Shilpa Shetty to host the show.
Shilpa, who became a hot favourite in Britain after her Big Brother win, has replaced Arshad Warsi. Our source said, “Shilpa has been signed on for a whopping Rs 8 crore by the production house. She is the first celeb to be finalised on the show while the participants are yet to be finalised.”
According to our source, it was not easy to get Shilpa to host the show after her brush with racial discrimination last year, and “she took her own time to decide if she wanted to be part of the show.”
The show is slated to go on air once Khatron Ke Khiladi , hosted by Akshay Kumar, ends in August. Confirming the news, Rajesh Kamat, CEO of Colors, said, “Yes, Bigg Boss – Season 2 is going to air on Colors.” However, he refused to comment on Shilpa being signed on as the host.

Keira’s movie wig gave her real pain

The wig that Keira Knightley flaunts in her upcoming 18TH century movie The Duchess was so heavy that a resting post was specially made for her to rest her neck between takes.The ‘ Bend it like Beckham’ star plays the role of a scandalous aristocrat Georgiana Cavendish, Duchess of Devonshire opposite the Ralph Fiennes, in the movie.
And, keeping with the part, she had to pull on a sky-high Marie Antoinette-style wig for several key scenes.
Keira’s co-star in the movie Hayley Atwell, who was in LA to promote the flick, movie joked about Knightley’s neck aching wig.
“She had to wear this huge wig that was so heavy. They made her a special board that she could lean her shoulders and head against in between takes so she didn’t topple over or get neck ache! It was funny,” the Sun quoted Hayley Atwell, as saying.
“I loved filming The Duchess. Keira has a great sense of humour – she’s really funny,” Atwell added.

Britney seems to have been working out. She was spending time with her kids when she was photographed in a bikini revealing a toned body. Her stomach is flatter and all the hard work at the gym seems to have paid off, reports the Sun.co.uk .
Britney will have to maintain this physique in order to not be eclipsed by Madonna because she is one of the fittest entertainers around.

An eyewitness told press, “Paris saw Ronaldo and immediately slithered past the dozens of women trying to get his attention. Then she climbed over one of his mates and planted herself next to him. She was flirting with him but he wasn’t interested. He was just happy drinking. She looked a bit put out.”

New mother Angelina Jolie leaves hospital

Angelina Jolie and her newborn twins early Saturday left the French hospital where she gave birth, the Fondation Lenval said.The star left the clinic in the Riviera city of Nice with twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt, according to a hospital statement. It was not immediately clear if the twins’ father, actor Brad Pitt, was with them.
“The mother and her babies are doing very well,” the the statement said.
Jolie checked into the hospital on July 2 and delivered the babies by Cesarian section 10 days later. Knox Leon weighed 5.03 pounds and the Vivienne Marcheline 5 pounds.
In its statement, the Fondation Lenval thanked the Jolie-Pitt couple for choosing the hospital.
It also thanked the hospital staff “for the attention and care they paid to the family” and the “journalists around the hospital who did their best to respect their privacy.”

Miranda Lambert’s revenge tale shoots up chart

Star Miranda Lambert says she is shocked pleasantly so that her domestic abuse tale Gunpowder and Lead has become her first top 10 entry on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart.
The song is not your typical country fare, even in a format that has embraced prostitution Fancy,” the Bobbie Gentry song later covered by Reba McEntire and vengeful murder Garth Brooks’The Thunder Rolls.

The song’s subject matter is “a bit rough,” says Bruce Logan, program director for country station WKKT in Charlotte, N.C., but he adds “the audience is smarter than we give them credit for. All the people who love the song aren’t gun-toting crazies about to off a loved one. They enjoy the song for the attitude, performance, and it’s fun.”
Weekly sales of Lambert’s current album, “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend,” have more than doubled since the single was released. In January, it averaged 4,400 units weekly; in the four weeks ended July 13, it averaged 9,400 units. The album, with total sales of nearly 490,000 copies, soared 13 places to No. 55 on the latest Billboard 200. “Kerosene” has sold more than 930,000 copies.
While “Gunpowder” is still climbing the charts, Lambert says she hopes her next single, “More Like Her,” will show her fans that she has another side.
“I don’t want it always to be about the in-your-face, tough-chick songs, because that’s not all of me,” she says. “I also have a different, softer side, and I want for people to hear that.”

The “Frida” actress and French billionaire Francois Henri Pinault who have a 10-month-old daughter Valentina Paloma together – were reportedly set to marry later this year, but their spokesperson confirms the plans have now been “canceled.”
The representative said: “We are sad to announce the engagement of Salma Hayek and Francois-Henri Pinault has been canceled. There will be no further comment.”
Salma – who met Francois-Henri in Venice in May 2006 – revealed earlier this year she didn’t see the importance of getting married, and instead wanted to celebrate their relationship with a huge party for friends and family.
She said: “I don’t have a need for marriage. You want to grow old with someone, you want to have a partner and to have children - we have all those things. Some people need the commitment. Maybe we’ll just have the party!”

While hard rock acts Black Sabbath, Slayer, Rob Zombie, System of a Down, Deftones and Godsmack attracted the masses, then-unknown Slipknot took the side stage before a respectable audience of about 200.

Taking a short breather from her work on “Hannah Montana: The Movie”, Miley Cyrus was spotted spending a little quality time with grandma on the Rodeo Drive set in Beverly Hills.After chatting it up for awhile, it was back to filming for Miley - as the Disney tween queen teamed up with co-star Vanessa Williams for their continuing shopping scene shoot.

Despite just having more “racy” photos of herself released on the Web, Miley continued to live up to her smiley reputation - sporting a big grin on her face most of the morning while Miss Williams kept busy busting out a few dance moves for the camera.

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Miss Cyrus’ new family comedy finds “Miley Stewart, at the urging of her father, taking a trip to her hometown of Crowley Corners, Tennessee, to get some perspective on what matters in life the most.” The film is scheduled to hit theaters on May 1, 2009.

Ashley Tisdale and Miley Cyrus shopping buddies

Making for quite the Disney twosome, Miley Cyrus and fellow actress/friend Ashley Tisdale were spotted spending some hard earned cash during a shopping spree in Beverly Hills.
Accompanied by Ashley’s mom, Lisa, the young stars smiled and giggled as they took to the shops - posing with a few fortunate fans along the way.
In related news, Miss Tisdale’s new made-for-tv movie makes its much-awaited premiere the ABC Family channel.
In the flick, the 23-year-old “High School Musical” star portrays an 18-year-old high school senior named Mandy.
Speaking to press about her youthful role, Ashley said: “I just look very young for my age, which is great, because I’m sure when I’m 40 I’m going to like it even better.”
“I think that if I can play young as long as I can, that would be awesome, because once you change into that adult phase, you can’t really go back. So I want to play these characters for as long as I can,” she adds.

Britney Considering Shooting For Madonna Tour

Britney Spears insider tells Celebrities.chotadon.com that Britney and Madonna soon might appear onstage together…sort of.“She is considering doing a video piece for Madonna’s tour,” says the source. Her video would appear on giant screens onstage. The European leg of the Sticky & Sweet tour starts next month.
The source called a report in London’s Sun newspaper “wrong” in saying that the Material Mom has invited the former Mouseketeer to perform with her and is taking further interest in her comeback.

Ashlee Simpson’s Girls Day Out

Finished up celebrating the Fourth of July with hubby Pete Wentz, Saturday afternoon was all about girl time for expecting pop star Ashlee Simpson.
To kick things off, the “Outta My Head” singer displayed her very pregnant tummy in Hollywood as she and her friend dropped by Chili’s-to-go restaurant for a light lunch.
While out and about, Ashlee and her gal pal also stopped by Kit Kraft Hobby Shop and then Blockbuster Video to check out some movies before wrapping things up and heading home.
Meanwhile, Ashlee’s Fall Out Boy rocker husband kept busy performing a two-hour DJ set at the House of Blues following the the Ultimate Fighting Championship 86 event in Las Vegas.
While there, Wentz told People magazine that everything is “going well” with Ashlee’s pregnancy, adding: “I talk to it all the time. The Expectant Father tells you that the woman, when she speaks, the baby hears her all the time. And the father’s voice isn’t familiar unless you talk to it, so I talk to it all the time.”
When asked if there’s plans for more children after the first is born, Pete replied: “This is the first one, so we’ll have to base the next one on how we do on the first one.”
