Katie Holmes day 2 on the eli stone set

On the set for the second day in a row, Katie Holmes was hard at work as part of her guest appearance on ABC’s critically acclaimed show Eli Stone.
According to press reports, the 29-year-old Mad Money star’s return to network television will feature her singing and dancing as a nonprofit attorney.
The reason behind her choice in Eli Stone? Apparently, Mrs Tom Cruise “wanted to reunite with Eli Stone executive producer Greg Berlanti, with whom she worked on Dawson’s Creek.”
“It’s a really special piece of business,” ABC Entertainment President Stephen McPherson said. “Greg came to me with the idea because he really had a creative way to do it. And he and Katie wanted to get back together and do something.”
“It’s a great role for her,” McPherson added. “There is some singing and dancing she does. And she’s exquisite.”
